How long will my order take to arrive?
We strive to ship orders within 3 business days, when received Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm ET. Business days do not include weekends or Federal holidays. The transit time once shipped will depend on the delivery service that was used and your location. We are unable to accommodate requests for a specific carrier or expedited shipping, but work to use the quickest and most cost-efficient method.
How much will it cost to ship my order?
The shipping rate charged for your order will depend on the delivery service, the weight of your order, and your location. Before confirming your order, you will be provided the shipping rate.
How do I check the shipment status and tracking of an order?
You will receive an email once your order ships. Be sure to check your junk, spam, and clutter folders. If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update the email to provide you the tracking information. Please note that orders using USPS First-Class Mail® will not have tracking numbers.
How do I update the shipping address on an order?
Within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us at store@allcitynetwork.com, with your Order Number, the provided address, and the new address.
What happens if the products in my order are on backorder?
If an item goes on backorder, we will notify you via email, along with an estimated date the product will be in stock. Note: Quoted delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If you would like to cancel a backordered product, please contact us immediately at store@allcitynetwork.com with your Order Number and the product and quantity you want to cancel.
